This news is talking about smartphone does make you smart. I think the most important thing is to create a zero-distance communication environment for students. I am a new user of smartphone, it shorten the distance of communication and data resources researching time. This research is focusing on lower-income families, kids are more cherish with what they get, wonder how rich kids' reaction.

First thing that comes to mind is the affordability of this on behalf of the lower-income youth. But, if a company is sponsoring this, and their data plan, then wonderful!
